Confusing promps, please help

I purchased pro, If I run Repair_Windows.exe in a net connected computer, its great, and it tells me to run in safe mode, reboot in safe mode and it tells me my license is fake/(notVerified), we go free version,
WTF ?

Since i need to run this from a FlashDrive, and disconnected, I copied the file you sent me, only works, when connected to the internet. Their is Absolutely no point to purchasing any new version, when all I'm gonna get, when i need it, is the free version ?
Could ou fix that in my current ver, before i consider purchasing your new ver....
yer current Version is already out torrent. rather buy it, only if it works from my flash drive, sick of that bull shit
