A few questions about the tech license.  1) is it USB bootable? 2) Does the application still have to be installed or can it run from USB?  3) Should it run (from USB (speed)? and 4) Any other cleanup features included?

There is a portable version that can be run from an USB stick although I don't think it's bootable, but I'll ask.

I just have it installed but haven't found a use for it yet.
