Tweaking gets stuck at Job 38

When I run Windows Repair it gets stuck at 38/46 jobs where it calls PowerShell Commands. It calls Command 1, 2, 3, 4 of 6 and then it keeps on going and never ends the job. This from a window Administrator: Repair Windows App Store.

I'll pass this on as I don't know what is causing this.
