Non fixable Reparse point on Windows 10

This seems fairly common, but I wanted to get some thoughts on the attached syntax error in creating the directory.

If you click the information window - it should show you where that error is being generated.

The target path that the repair is trying to create is incorrect...notice the double C reference: C:\\C:\inetpub\temp\appPools\DefaultAppPool
Clearly a syntax error in the software I would think.

No - looks like an error from the inference.
