Getting access to blocked folders in win 7

I am the administrator of this computer yet it won't let me into 3 folders under USERS.  Can tweaking fix that?How?
If not how?  Thanks.   John McGinley

Hi John - I've removed your email address from your post as you could end up getting all sorts sent to you.

See if running the Permissions repairs will sort this for you.
