not be moved to the top of the Windows Media Player

Sometimes it can not be moved to the top of the Windows Media Player window while playing music. The process is only active on the taskbar.

It's just sometimes  can not restore the top window or, for example, a full screen from the taskbar.

Other applications seem to work correctly.
I tried to find a similar problem on the Microsoft website or another forum, but I can not find one.
All tools do not have any problems with Media Player, so I do not know why Media Player works in the background, but in rare cases it can not be restored after minimizing the taskbar window.

Have you tried reinstalling WMP ?

You can do this from within Programs and Features/Turn Windows features on or off - expand Media Features and uncheck the box for WMP - close that off then reboot and go back in and check its box to see if that resolves.

Installing again will not solve any problems, I have all updates and the problem is only occasional problems from WMP. SFC /SCANNOW always shows that the system does not require any repair. The problem with WMP may be related to something else. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
