Getting error code: 0x80070002 updating Microsoft store apps

<< < (9/17) > >>

Boggin:
That's okay.

MSRadell:
Okay we just tried to run that command and it comes back saying: Error 2 unable to access image.

Boggin:
At that cmd prompt can you enter bcdedit |find "osdevice" to see if it still sees the volume as being in C:

If it gives a different partition letter, then use that instead of C: in the cmd.

That is a Pipe symbol before find and is the uppercase of \

There is another cmd you could try first but the dism cmd is the stronger.

If the partition returns as C: then type c: else the partition letter and press enter then enter this cmd -

fsutil resource setautoreset true %systemdrive%

MSRadell:
Okay I ran those commands, and attached is a screenshot of the results.

After that I went back and reran the troubleshooter and it still telling me the same thing?

Boggin:
Do you have a Macrium WPE disk in the DVD drive ?
