Just tried the Create System Restore function in Windows Repair 2018 v. 4.0.23 and it reported that it had created one about 5 seconds after I had pressed the button!!!!!!

 I don't think it works for me on my Windows 7 system.............

I tried 4.0.23 yesterday and it didn't create one for me in Win 10 on one machine - I've yet to try it on my other Win 10 and 7 machines.

As well as a continuing mmc.exe error, I've passed these onto Shane.
