As you are in the USA I'm not sure why you are getting that when trying to use the MCT - I assume you are using US/English ?

Google for how do I create a win 10 iso then click on the Microsoft link which should give you a page like I get in the UK - it may be regional.

Did you run HDSentinel to see what it reported for your HDD ?

Is your clock showing the correct date and time ?

Run another sfc /scannow and regardless of what it does, download and run SFCFix.exe and post its report.

the HD Sentinael said my "C" drive was ok  I ran MediaCreation  it said this the language or edition of the version of windows currently installed on your pc isn't supported by this tool.Ran and sfc /scannow and it said windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation.ran SFC Fix it ran ok  Just ran an SFC Fix it ran said it was successfuly but no report on desk top can not find it  ??

As you can see, there's no corruption on mine but when corruption is found, those zeros will have values.

You haven't said if your clock is showing the correct date and time.

Lets see which version you have.
