Did you check the box to activate the Scanner button ?

It did say UK in the URL so perhaps you should Google for crucial memory scanner to see if you get a different website.

Hi skip redirect add on prevented loading of the pages , because it stops all stredirects.I disabled and ran the tool, but could not get the results. It sys that it could not find the information that my system could upgrade.
is there any alternative sites

I've never known the scanner to report that before.

Can you try it again in Safe Mode with Networking and use IE without add-ons.

Press the Windows key and r together then type iexplore -extoff into the Run box and press enter.

IE will open with a warning that all add-ons have been disabled - click on the home page button and then search for the Crucial Scanner again.

Are you sure that you can get all the drivers you need for your laptop that will support Windows 7?
