Windows 10 Home 64bit OEM, system Restore Broken

winver gives my UK version as 1803 17134.376 as 1803 had another update following the debacle with the pulled 1809 feature update.

Not everyone had gotten the 1809 update and with it being pulled, the latest version remains at 1803.

The repair install defaults installs all updates so you should then have the latest version.
