Win 7 SystemImage ETL Files

Boggin:
ETL stands for Event Trace Log and it would seem that you can delete them from what I've found.

Personally I would just leave them although they can be quite large which is why they are stored in compressed binary format -  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/devtest/trace-log

It's up to you I suppose but I haven't drilled down to find them.
