Liz Biss:
I have been trying to get my Visa to pay for the Pro with Tweaking.  I had the computer here to say it was wrong.  I had my bank people say that is was not working.  I finally turned on my bank reply on line and there was the pending of a charge from my credit card.

Unfortunately there is no order number so that I can use it.

If any of you folks have any idea on how I can get my Tweaking - please let me know.

Can you email jpm at [email protected] who should be able to sort things for you, but if you are using Win 10 then I would hold off on using the program for the moment as it's causing problems in Win 10.

What is the reason you need to run the repair program ?

My computer has been working very slow.  It is obvious that it needs to be examined. That is why I want the tweaking.

And yes I do have Window 10 and I have had all the information added.

Boggin:
Have you installed anything recently ?

Right click in the taskbar and select Task Manager then under the Start-up tab check to see which items are enabled and their impact.

The only thing I have enabled is the Realtek HD Audio Manager.

Go Start - type %temp% and press enter when it comes up.

If that is highly populated then press CTRL a to highlight then CTRL d to delete - confirm - check the box and click on Skip then empty the Recycle Bin and then see how the machine performs.

A defragment of the HDD if fitted and not a SSD can also improve performance.

I checked all the items you mentioned and I don't have any problems.  I still have not had my credit card payed and given me the pro I need.
