What I did was go to clean installation and clean every thing out.The only problem during this it had to restart several times and it would not when windows was in I booted it up and it did,What should I do if it still will not boot up?????

Can you boot up with the install USB, navigate to the Install screen and select Repair your computer then onto the recovery environment to select Command Prompt.
At the prompt enter bcdedit |find "osdevice"
For clarity that is a Pipe symbol before find and is the uppercase of \
If it finds it, it will give a partition letter which may or not be C: but use that partition letter instead of the x I have used and enter this cmd -
chkdsk x: /r
This will tell you if it has found and "repaired" any KBs in bad sectors.
