For any virus I would advise booting up into Safe Mode with Networking and running a scan with the free ESET Online Scanner to see what that reports.

If that fails to find or remove it, then I would advise registering on either www.bleepingcomputer.com or www.sysnative.com forums and posting in their antimalware sections who have malware removal experts.

In either case, inform them that you have run a scan with the ESET Online Scanner in Safe Mode with Networking.
