Thanks for the suggestion however I have webroot installed on the server and always has been so I don't believe it was any type of infection. Unless you consider windows itself as a virus. Lol

AV programs aren't 100% effective and it's always worth having a second opinion in some cases, which is why there are dedicated scanners.
I'd run ESET.

I don't want to butt in, but if I were you, I would take Tom's advice and head over to the Sysnative Forums. They have a dedicated Forum, with trained experts, to deal specifically with these kinds of issues.

That's good news but I think you should ensure you are infection free before undertaking any remedial steps.
I've emailed Shane about this and he says the Pro version of Windows Repair has a repair which will resolve this by cleaning up the registry for missing Package files.
However, if the experts on the Sysnative forum can sort this for free then I'd try that route.
