Unable to install GPU drivers after tweaking services/regedit win 10 1703

Before tweaking my services and registry, I installed my driver. But after tweaking I cannot install the drivers again, (I wanted to upgrade my drivers). I used DDU and even tried to reset all my keys and settings to default, with still no luck. I really do not want to re install the OS because This is a brand new partition and I just got all my apps and programs set. HELP!

You could try installing them in Safe Mode with Networking should it be a 3rd party program that is blocking.

What error messages are you getting ?
