I am upgrading my Win 10 32-Bit environment to Win 10 64-Bit.  This involves a fresh system install.  Hardware stays same and is all verified to be 64-Bit compatible.  Do I have to deactivate my Tweaking license by using the "Remove License" feature in "About" dialog, or can I just reinstall and resubmit my key in the new environment?
I have v4.7.0 Pro App.
