Can't boot in to standard mode

<< < (2/2)

Boggin:
Sorry for the late reply but I'm limited to when I can go on my laptop because of back problems.

Win 10 disables wireless in that mode but you can still manually connect to wireless.

When on the desktop in that mode press CTRL ALT DELETE then click on the wireless icon and then on your SSID and select Connect.

Click on Cancel where you should then see a full WiFi icon.

I assume the bcdedit cmd you used was - bcdedit /deletevalue {current or default} safeboot

To get your Identifier, open a Command Prompt (Admin)  and enter bcdedit.

Scroll down to Windows Boot Loader to check your identifier.

As you will see, mine is {current}
