Propagating Inheritable ACE's doesn't complete

Hello all,

I am using Tweaking.com Windows Repair v4.9 and when I run test #2, Reset File Permissions, it doesn't seem to get past the 4156th item out of 4180 items when Propagating Inheritable ACE's.  I rebooted and ran a chkdsk and it returned with no errors.  Any thoughts on if this is a real problem and what might be causing it?

If you are using either Win 8.1 or Win 10 then open a Command Prompt (Admin) and enter these cmds and then try the repair program again.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

If using Win 7 then just perform the sfc /scannow.

I assume you are using the repair program in Safe Mode with Networking ?
