How do you find all the draws with numbers?

How to find and extract one number with twenty numbers in sets in a text file? Or how to find a duplicate number on each separate line.

These are "lotto numbers"

My computer needs no repair help. Help get associated with any text editor, I asked in various forums, but no one can help in this case for a long time. For me is complex issue, so none any idea in my head.  :undecided:

If this is for a Lotto game then sometimes it's advantageous to have duplicated numbers on different lines as I have found.

Angelika:
This means that it is not possible to find all duplicates in separate lines in a text editor and extract all these lines???
And I have always believed that everything is possible, only more time is needed.
