Bought 3 PC key by mistake. Can it be downgraded to 1

I did get a reply email from Shane which said "He can request a refund of the order through 2checkouts then just buy the one he wants" but I don't know if that would entail you having to buy another one to access the checkouts he mentions.

If you want to try that and let me know, I'll take it up with Shane again if unsuccessful.
