The system files checker is just when you open cmd.exe window and put in
sfc /scannow

Windows XP requires the CD. Thankfully Microsoft made it to where you dont need the cd any more in newer versions of Windows.

2. Can i use the FIX LOW RESOURCES registry that you posted on my Vista laptop?

1. You dont need it running my repairs, you only need it if you run a system file check

Hi Shane for low resource machines is it a waste to have Malwarebytes with Advast or is Advast ok on its own?
