Windows 10 Pro N Not Compatible?

Does this really not support Windows 10 Pro N? I didn't see any mention of that during the purchase process. I even downloaded the check tool from the Microsoft Store and was told I was compatible. My understanding was that downloading the media pack brought Windows 10 Pro N, back to parity with Windows 10 Pro, but I can't install my Dell Visor and as far as I can tell its because of my version of Windows.

I think you would need to contact Microsoft about this as from what I've found, you should be able to install the media pack on N and KN systems.

How are you attempting to install - clicking on Run on the download or Save to manually install.

Are you getting any error messages on the install ?

My brother has a Dell laptop and there were some compatibility problems in getting the feature update 20H2 which Microsoft knew about with Dell, but I think that has been resolved.

There may be similar problems that is causing your installation problem and contacting MS may be the only answer.
