Newbie does stupid move.

So ....I have Win.10Pro.I used Technicians toolbox and deleted admin user !!!!!!!!____!Now I cannot open any Windows apps or install anything or uninstall.I booted into safe mode and uninstalled the program.Not it may be worse.I do not have a Windows disk ...cannot use restore points...it will not let me do a reset neither.Please help the dummy.All I have is my user group with no admin powers.

Boot back into Safe Mode - go Start and type rstrui.exe and press enter when it comes up

This will give you access to your restore points without having to go through an UAC.
