I would!!  At first I thought it was a long shot because my Epson prints anything and everything from wherever I've needed. I wasn't even sure how to explain the issue to the Epson tech but he knew that this combo would fix the issue and it did 10 times over. I have so many supported products to choose from now and I really needed the #10 for business related mailings.

I Googled for drivers but there was nothing that I've already had.

It's very rare these days that I need an envelope but I like to have the full capacity of whatever I use so will try and get around to contacting Canon and hope I get the same service as you had with Epson.
