[Fixed] Shared Icon On Files After Running Reset File Permissions Repair

Lets check the shared icon overlay entry.

Go to: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Network\SharingHandler

Doubleclick (Default)
Remove the value that is presentely there
Click OK

Of course backup that reg key first :wink:

Then reboot.

Tell me what version is your ntshrui.dll and what service pack do you have installed on vista?
