I had the portable one installed in the laptop as you suggested because there was no uninstaller. I installed the regular program over it now has an uninstaller, thank you for that.

The desktop is not working as it should as you can see by the log files I submitted.. Can I install the Tweaking.com registry backup program over it and see if that would help. This way I won't lose my backups or, will it cause issues?.

Its not a problem with the program but with the volume shadow copy service on the system. Lets stick to the log thread you posted for that and we will work on it :wink:

I guess my lack of skill has caused me to have an inordinate amount of issues.
At present I uninstalled the programs from the pcs.
I hope the invitation to work together to get them up an running still stands until I can get things in order?
