Did you go to the registry and check if the key is still there or if it has been deleted?

Is there hidden folders I need to navigate through to find the registry?

Shane:
No just go to start and int he run box put in regedit and hit enter.

In the registry see if this is still there.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinDefend
