AVAST Free Cannot Enable

Hi i have updated the program from 7 version to 8.

Now it will not allow me to Enable the shields etc.

I downloaded the manual updates (from their website) and that went through, then i restarted still nothing.

If i do a System Restore will this take it back?

Use their tool to totally remove it, reboot and then install it fresh :wink:

When I install avast I always do custom install and then turn off a bunch of the extra crap.
