I assume you have done a search for the KB in Installed Updates by entering KB3031432 into the top right search box ?
Run Disk Cleanup as an administrator by going Start - type disk cleanup - right click on Disk Cleanup and select Run as administrator.
This will clean out obsolete Windows Updates and then try the direct download again.
-
Well I know that, but it still does not change anything.
Installed 225 update, but not found this update.
KB3031432
-
So did you run Disk Cleanup as an admin ?
Run a cmd prompt as an admin and see what these cmds do for you
net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
Then enter exit to close the cmd window.

I do not need this update:
KB3031432
-
Then right click on it and select Hide, but I install all security updates that patch a vulnerability, although I don't have this update installed on my Win 7, so it may never have been offered.
Did you run Disk Cleanup as an admin ?

After installing the new (following the latest) update, this update is no longer exist.
Yes, regularly cleanse the system files, update, literally everything! (Run As Administrator)
