Tweaking.com Support & Help / 1 out of 16 registry backups failed, help needed

After backup upon startup today, Tweaking.com Registry Backup reported that 1 out of 16 registry backups failed.  The error occurred on "C:\Users\Public\ntuser.dat (Size: 8.00 KB)

I would like your input as to what you recommend in regards to fixing the error.

I wanted to download your Simple System Tweaker program but noticed that your Registry Backup program has not been updated.  According to your info on Simple System Tweaker, the Registry Backup version is v2.0.0 - as you know, your current Registry Backup version is v3.5.3

Due to this, I decided not to download Simple System Tweaker.  Basically because I now wonder how many other built-in programs are out of date.
 
Will you be updating Simple System Tweaker to include Registry Backup v3.5.3 and updates to any other built-in programs?

I have Malwarebytes Pro installed on my Windows 7 Computer.  I noticed that your Windows Repair All in One has Malwarebytes as part of the program.  If I download your program, will my Malwarebytes Pro be affected?
