Title: use sys config safe mode with networking

to save time I set my pcs to boot to safe mode with networking in system config to save any button pressing run all the tools, then set it back to normal, this worked for me I repair laptops and desk tops for a retirement hobby about 10 so far, improvements detected in all the machines running windows 7
