Have you fix your issues with the router yet ? I don't know what happened to you but my router got some similar problems. Because it's old and seems too hot, and cannot work well.

The main problem is your avi file is wrong and convert progress isn't completely done or corrupted. Have you try to using another convert tool to convert the file again ?

I think you should disable some startup program and your computer will start faster, smoothly.
