General Computer Support / ATI reoccuring problem.

This has happened twice, it appears after I shut down my computer and turn it on, the first time it happened, I uninstalled drivers and reinstalled and it worked, randomly one of the shut down and turn on it happened again and it took about 2-3 turn ons to be normal again.

Anyone know what is going on?

General Computer Support / PC turns on for 1 second then turns off with phase LEDS staying on.

I just swapped my PSU and GPU with RMA ones, swapped out all power cables with new ones and reconnected everything.

Tested PSU by itself. It works.

It was working prior to me taking out the parts for RMA, but one of those hardware were causing shut-downs.

Now when I push the button power after putting in the new parts and connecting everything, it'll start up then stays shut off with the 2 phase LEDs lit up. A green and a yellow.

Any suggestions to what the problem is?

I do not want to type down wrong assumptions. Please ask questions and I will answer to the best of my abilities. I hope we can trouble-shoot this.

Tweaking.com Support & Help / My computer froze during repairs and I turned it off, now it won't boot.

Someone on Reddit recommend me using your repair tool to help with my freezing problems and while I did all the steps in safe mode with networking, it froze when the repairing was almost done like 38/40 something and I didn't have a choice but to turn it off.

Now my PC won't load at all, it just makes a loud beep and all the fans run very very fast, did I just break my whole computer...? I am very scared. Using my ultrabook atm...
