Dear MSFT and system developers, why not enable a small feature;

If we have a black screen; type CTRL DEL F12 to fix the video drivers rather than a total re-image repair...

You mean idxcntrs.ini? It's a data file for Windows Search, I have 2x stored copies only, WS is disabled here on W7x64.
