Are you able to boot up into the Advanced Boot options by tapping F8 (usually) as you switch on and using the cursor keys, select Last Known Good Configuration or Safe Mode with Networking to use your restore points to prior the sfc /scannow

I'm able to boot up into the Advanced Boot options but nothing you mention is not available. Computer is Lenovo R60 and with pressing ThinkVantage button I came into Startup Interrupt Menu which offers me three options:

ESC to resume normal startup
F1 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility
F12 to choose a temporary startup device

With pressing ESC it's happened the same as before (picture that I sent).
With pressing F12 I came into Boot Menu which offers me to boot from hard drive, CD or PCI LAN.
With pressing F1 I came into BIOS setup and there offers me many, many options.

That's all.

Different machines have different keys to access the advanced boot options.

A Google suggested that when you get that screen quickly press Esc then continue tapping F8 and the screen you should get in the Advqnced Boot Options is at the bottom of this article.

https://neosmart.net/wiki/advanced-boot-options-menu/

If that still doesn't get you in, try pressing 0 or tap the spacebar at the rate of 1/sec as you switch on.

The Lenovo Diagnostics Support doesn't seem to give much in the way of options although you can download a bootable form of the Diagnostics.

https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/lenovodiagnosticsolutions/diagnose

Clicking on Support in the top menu will give you a Contact Us link but whether that will allow you to speak to someone to find out to boot up into the Advanced Boot options, I'm not sure.

Google has right. After ThinkVantage button and Startup Interrupt Menu screen you have to press ESC and tapping F8 to access Advanced Boot options. I tried with both options you suggested, Last Known Good Configuration and Safe Mode with Networking and both failed to startup Windows.

Then I downloaded iso file from Lenovo site and burn bootable diagnostics CD. I was boot CD and after that I realized that this CD is not helpful to resolve problem. I was doing few tests and it was warning that - Storage - SMART Drive Self Test cannot perform self test. Everything else was all right.

Did you find any options to use the restore points ?

As you have a XP install CD, this article will help you to access the Recovery Console to effect repairs.
