Title: Can't open Windows Repair program starting 4-5 versions before

Hi,

I'm always getting this error while opening your program. It was there starting long time ago. I don't use it regularly, there I left it there till today. I'm updating every program regularly and yes I tried your latest version.
Here is my computer setup: Windows 10 Home Single Language Turkish x64 (latest version 1803).
You can find the screenshot of this error as an attachment. I'm sorry, but it's written in Turkish...  :thinking:
Note, it can still backup my registry everytime I start my system up.

Can you right click on the Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin) or Powershell (Admin) - accept the UAC then type sfc /scannow and press enter and let me know what it reports.

It's also possible that your DirectX is out of date - read through this article - https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/179113/how-to-install-the-latest-version-of-directx

Does the program open if you first boot into Safe Mode with Networking ?
