There is no advice from anyone but I got a Windows system damage, and had a security software detect 'some HotShield program files as a malware !
and running hijackthis isn’t unable to kill this Startup Item so can you help with?
So I had to try to clean my system using several programs and tools, however, I myself was trying to clean up my computer but got a damage system (blue screen - computer is unable to boot), which I had to restore my system to a previous restore point, and here big thanks for you Shane and also for subs and each of you to develop the best software ever!
shane Do you think it's a bug in the hijackthis ? :blank:

If you mean to follow the advice in the message (screenshot) in the attachments? Showing the links, etc., then I am download the repair tool, but I do not even know how to use this tool in the right way! Lol :artist: have a look http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
