Could this be due to State Censorship - what is your locale ?

Could this be due to State Censorship - what is your locale ?
Saudi Arabia
A very good chance that it is blocked by the Saudi government. Pornography, religion and instant messaging are strictly blocked and monitored, Given that using TOR could enable access to all of these then in all probability a government block is in place.
-
Should it not be State blocked, try re-registering the IE .dll files in the lower half of this article, but doing them all will cause no harm.
The article says to just run them in a normal cmd prompt but run the cmd prompt as an admin.

Do you have any problems with any other secure sites ?
Does Event Viewer have any related errors ?
What does a sfc /scannow report ?

CBS.log here
-
I'm not sure what those MiniToolBox errors refer to other than your Blueberry - I think you've had those ones before.
The CBS Log is a lot easier to read after entering this at the cmd prompt findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt and then copying & pasting the Notepad output when you double click on the desktop icon it produces.
You may be able to upgrade to Win 10 now as it says it has repaired some corrupt GWX components but from what I could understand, nothing stood out for me as to why those .dlls failed to re-register.
You could try those regsvr32 cmds again to see if the sfc has fixed anything for them but as you have problems with all https sites, then I don't think censorship would be responsible for them all.

I'm not sure what those MiniToolBox errors refer to other than your Blueberry - I think you've had those ones before.
yes you are right I had this Blueberry error before and it still happen so do I need to uninstalling ?
-
ok I have now a Suspicion so I need to reboot my system to make sure that the windows 10 upgrade nag Message ain't re-appear in the startup after I run a sfc /scannow
guess what lol ! the nag windows 10 upgrade icon is back at startup after I do a sfc /scannow and This really confuse my with using of Shane’s script
-
What exactly is that Blueberry ?
If you want to hold off with Win 10 then uninstalling KB3035583 usually stymies it.
When it's presented again, right click on it and select Hide - change your update settings to Check for but let me choose... and if the Win 10 update is there ready to download, then just hide that one as well.
The sfc /scannow doesn't even mention IE so that may have not done anything.
-
blueberry bb flashback is a software Company, I think.(blueberry bb flashback) http://www.bbsoftware.co.uk/
and I will work on Your suggestion! if any more problems i will post back!
edit : I have edit my Previous post!
-
I just check for this windows update (KB3035583) and there’s no KB3035583 ? so what the next ?
-
You could try those regsvr32 cmds again to see if the sfc has fixed anything for them but as you have problems with all https sites, then I don't think censorship would be responsible for them all.
and I just try this again and still the same (Still failed)
-
Perhaps the sfc /scannow undid Shane's fix to get rid of the Win 10 nag and running Shane's fix again should sort it.
There wasn't anything related in the CBS Log that picked up on missing/corrupt .dlls.
Have you ran a robust antimalware scan recently to see if your machine is clean.
I'm not sure if resetting the Hosts File may help https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/972034 but sometimes resetting the winsock can resolve browsing problems.
Run a cmd prompt as an admin and enter netsh winsock reset catalog followed by exit to close the cmd window then reboot.
Adding catalog to the cmd can be optional as I've seen it not required in Win 8.1.
The cmd should return as successful and prompt to reboot.

so do I need to wait for Shane’s answer or all I need to run Shane script once again ?

yes I have already done a malware check with many anti-malware software and my system is clean (a newly installed system )
and I just now done all those and still the same as before so any fix ?
-
Not off hand.
While I can accept State censorship for perhaps something like Tor, there are quite a lot of legit websites that use secure websites such as for online banking.
While I'm not into other browsers, in IE - Tools - Internet options - Security you can reset all zones to default or you could try adding a known trusted website to Trusted sites to see if it will allow you access.
-
the same problem with IE browser and I Just have Change the settings and the problem seems to be fixed in IE but not with Firefox or with the other browsers !
so I will look at Firefox setting to see If i can figure out anything and reply back here !
-
sound like Firefox don't have that setting
-
I don't know if resetting Chrome and Firefox to defaults would have the same effect, but you could give it a try or it may be that you will just have to use IE for https sites - are you able to download/install Tor now using IE ?

resetting Firefox browser won’t effect so Firefox Developers has probably change or remove these most settings (TLS etc) I don’t even know what TLS mean lol ! https://access.redhat.com/articles/1422403 and yes I was able to browsing this site and download the the setup file but I don’t download it just in case !!
and I don’t have Google Chrome on this new system
but I don’t really know if this site is safe or not ?
-
I will gave a Firefox a resetting try lol ! and see how it go!

done but the same as before ! i have make a screenshot

I have FF as a spare browser and it as-is and I can get to the Tor webpage without any problem.
Have you tried running FF without any add-ons https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
Do you have v40.0.2 which is the latest version ?
As to installing Tor, I wouldn't have thought that it would stop you using any of your other browsers just as you can swap between IE and FF - I guess it will be a suck it and see moment :D
-
yes I’m with Firefox safe mode right now as I type now in here and yes I'm using the 40.0.2
-
I follow these instructions but no avail https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/secure-connection-failed-error-message
-
I suppose the simple answer is to just use IE when you get that error message.
As you have gone through FF's troubleshooting steps, I don't know what else to suggest - I just know that my FF works in its basic form.

Because I do not have any problems with my connection on xp/ and no websites problem either with my old xp ! that’s what I notice since I move to a new windows OS using my other laptop’s
-
XP only supports up to IE8 and that can cause problems in itself because some sites no longer support it - which version of FF are you using on the XP machine ?

my XP right now is offline a long time due to laptop screen damage !(more a year from now so I don’t have an answer  )
-
I suppose if it isn't working then you aren't going to get any problems with it :) - or did you mean when it was working ?
Some people stay on older versions of browsers because they don't have any problems with them that later versions can have, but it's wrong not to keep any program up to date for security reasons.
Having said that, you could try an older version of FF to see if the https sites are still blocked.

A sort of halfway house is to use Firefox ESR (Extended Support Release). based on a stable version of firefox, it includes current security updates, but not all the new features (which can sometimes be a bit buggy). The current ESR is based on Firefox 38 and the latest version is v38.2.0
I have used ESR for years, never had any problems, but of course your mileage may vary

so which version of Firefox browser I need to download for a test ? and after this I will start work on : )
-
It would depend upon when you were last able to access https sites with FF and work your way forward from there.
The link in the article for the Directory of other versions goes back quite aways
-
ok thanks for your info! I will give a try ! if anything else I need to know to work around the problem just let my know if there any more fix!
-
Even if the e-mail notifications are a bit slow, I still drop in to see what's going on but there are times when I can get tied up with threads in other forums.

Myself, I find needing to use 3 different browsers, if one dont work try the other, if stilll dont work local blocked or unsafe website
move on or risk infection...

@ Rick - Where did you get that .dll from ?
-
@ Rick - Where did you get that .dll from ?
the same question for Rick ! and is that file safe ?
-
That was my reason for asking as you should never download .dlls from the 'net as they could have some nasty attached to them.
-
ok so let’s us wait for Rick reply
-
Just a hunch, but Rick has linked to a site in the past.....here...
http://www.tweaking.com/forums/index.php/topic,3430.msg24248.html#msg24248
I would NOT recommend downloading from random sites, as Boggin rightly pointed out.
