The built in Windows copy tool has always been horrible. When you deal with a lot of files it takes time to sit there to get all the file sizes and info before actually doing the work, all so it can show you a progress. People hate it, I want to delete something I want it deleted I dont want to see a dumb info bar on it. So the more files you do the longer it takes.
So a lot of people use a 3rd party replacement that works better. here is a list of a few you can try :-)

well I used one of your apps and working as a charm but went me back to stone age windows but everything is working better than before thanks . (simple system tweaker setup) its a good app but wonder how to get my windows back as before ?!

None of my tweaks would have messed with the file copy in windows.
But if you did a registry backup with the program you can restore it to before you did the tweaks :-)
