Title: windows vista start up blue screen

I have a problem blue screen vista stop is 0x0000008e(oxc0000005,0x81a3a1a7,0x9b21d91c,0x00000000   help please can run in safe mode with networking

Run this in safe mode

It should tell you what is causing the blue screen :wink:

Hi CsiRandy
If you have the recovery disc or image, you can re-image your computer using that.
or if you have restore points saved in past, you can restore your computer to last good known configuration.
