Title: window repair for 8.1

  Running Repair Under Current User Account
The current repair has failed to start for over 30 sec.
Trying Again....(Times Tried: 3)  The repair process can't finish for some reason....would like to hear any thoughts

Going to need some more info :-)

What version of windows? What repair was it trying to run? Did you make sure to disable your antivirus first? Did you do a clean boot before doing the repairs?

And can you post the actual log from the repair?

I apologize for not responding to to your emails promptly...I have had a medical issue come up this past week and I have not been keeping on top of things...I resolved the issue with your repair tool by uninstalling it and then reinstalling
