Title: service control manager
Post by: tfrizz123 on September 12, 2014, 06:13:50 am
I run windows 8.1 on an Asus essentio PC.   Everyday I get the same service control manager error, it is as follows:  File System Filter 'CFPMD'(Version 6.1, 2012-07-17T01;05;37.0000000000Z) failed to attach to \Device\Harddisk0\DRO  Filter returned final status of of 0xC01C0016.  does anyone know how to permanently resolve this error?  Any help would be most appreciated.  Thank you

Why are you starting another thread? You have 2other threads open already about this and I replied to both of them and you havent replied back. Please post in one of the other two. Having 3 threads open for the same problem doesnt help me keep track of things
