Title: Permissions for everyprogram?

When I run your tweaking all in one program,some of the elements looked at are permissions.  I am the the only person who ever uses this PC.  Is there any way to change permissions for every program & run everything as if I was administrator?

The permissions do add the administrators group to everything (Windows 7 and earlier), so as long as your account is and admin you should be fine. On Windows 8 my permissions put everything back to the defaults because if I dont the Windows 8 store breaks. I hate the Windows 8 store so much lol
