Throws up a WOT (Web of Trust) red Malware warning when I open it...... :undecided:

The page is designed to look just like an official Microsoft article too, which begs the question, why?

The wording is all pretty vague and non specific, some is just laughable, "error-proneness"  :rolleyes:
