Title: 'failure configure windows' update issue

hi,
'failure to configure windows updates reverting changes' this is what im getting for the past few months i refreshed my PC i also contacted microsoft tech support, i ran SFC /scannow, i tried tweaking i had errors in prescan and when i hit the repair option again i got the same errors "reparse point"
ive attached my sfcdetailes and prescan detailes blow please check and reply me as soon as possible

Sfc logs looks good the repair reparse you can fix with the scan tool I believe other than that did you have any missing cat or mum files?
