Title: Repair Reparse Points fail and Toolbox not open"

Not works. Show "Run-time error '0'"

Windows 10 Pro x64
tw 3.6.1

AND My technicians toolbox not open!  Message:

Run-time error '429: ActiveX component can't create objetc.
