Title: MD4 Hash dont match?? SOLVED

I am adding a screen shot  of the event, please help me I have no idea what or where this is.

3.40 gigahertz AMD Phenom II X2 B59
Board: ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0

I think you go and download the latest 3.8.1 version at teaking.com and install it.
I think you will get lucky. Also do a chkdsk on the harddrive with the f switch.
