Title: Tweaking 3.8.7 Vista 32 Does not start in Safe Mode

Latest Tweaking PRO version.  Vista 32 memory 2.0GB will not start Tweaking PRO in Safe Mode.   Sorry if this is old call for help, but I just could not go through 102 pages of messages.  Mea Culpa, ed

While this was for a Win 7 machine, similar may apply where the Intel Storage Matrix driver is installed in Vista.
